At Bez Ambar's online store we believe that our jewelry is a significant and valuable investment, and we want to make the buying process as easy as possible for our customers. Therefore all shipping and handling charges are waived for your convenience. All orders are shipped promptly with Fed Ex ground service, please allow at least one week for delivery.

International orders will ship through Fed Ex international. Please allow 10-15 days for delivery. Any special considerations, please contact our orders department at 1-877-BLAZE07.

Shipping can be upgraded to Fed Ex overnight for a charge of $50 per pound of merchandise. Shipping will automatically be upgraded to Brinks Overnight for orders of $50,000 and up, free of charge.

If your merchandise is being shipped to more than one address, there will be an extra charge of $25 for each additional address.

We do not deliver to post office boxes. If you must have your order delivered to a P.O. Box, please contact the Bez Ambar offices before finalizing your order so that special shipping can be arranged.

If there is a problem with Fed Ex delivering to your area, a different carrier can be arranged. Please contact our orders department at 1-877-BLAZE07 to adjust your shipment to another carrier.

We want our jewelry to take your breath away. If for any reason whatsoever you are unsatisfied, contact the Bez Ambar service department at service@bezambar.com, or call our offices at 1-877-BLAZE07. We have a full service jewelry manufacturing facility on site at our offices in Los Angeles, ready to make any modifications that will improve your level of satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are still unsatisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of invoice, and we will offer a full refund or exchange. After the initial 30 days, we are more than happy to service your jewelry for a nominal fee.

We strive to keep our prices as consistent as possible, however due to the fluctuation in market costs of gold, diamonds, platinum, and titanium, our prices are subject to change. If you feel there is an issue with the pricing of a particular item, our orders department would be more than happy with resolve it with you.

Creating an online account saves your personal information on the Bez Ambar web server. We promise never to share your personal information with any 3rd party, ever.

Credit cards are processed directly through our website, or through Paypal Express checkout. We do not save your credit card number. Your card will be authorized when you place your order, and charged upon shipment.

We are required to add a 8.25% sales tax for all merchandise shipped within California. There is no tax on merchandise shipped out of state.

You can access your order status and history through the My Account menu on our website.

To cancel an order before we have processed it, you can simply go into the My Account section of the website and review the order you wish to cancel, then click cancel. If your order is marked as Approved, it may still be possible to cancel it by contacting our orders department directly. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
